FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

why should i use a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.

Will I pay more if I book through an agent?

All my fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. I work within your budget, and always focus on making sure that your travel arrangements are exactly what you’ve requested.

Do you book multi-centre trips?

Yes! Do you have an upcoming itinerary in mind? I can source flights, accommodation, transfers and everything else you can think of. Please get in touch with me I’ll be happy to discuss in more detail.

Can I change the amount of hold luggage once I have booked?

The majority or airlines will allow you to increase the amount of luggage you wish to take for an additional fee. This varies by airline, if you would like to increase or add additional hold luggage after booking, please give me a call or drop me an email.

Can I book with you if I don’t live in the UK?

All bookings need a valid UK address and a UK registered debit or credit card to make the booking. If you live permanently outside of the UK please contact me to discuss the options available to you.

How long will it take for my booking confirmation to arrive?

Where an email address has been provided, a confirmation email containing your booking details will be issued within 48 hours.

How can I arrange special assistance?

If special assistance is required, you should notify me at the time of booking. This information will then be passed on to the airline in advance of travel.

Why should I take out Travel Insurance?

Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with the supplier. You must take out or hold a policy of insurance to cover you and your fellow travellers against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of an accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. The cost of insurance is based on the type of cover requested, the age of the insured, destination of travel, length of stay and whether you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
